2 x Curious Cookie Mat Bundles

Using these mats my children will explore foods (touch, smell, listen to, etc.) instantly without a thought. When I try to get them to do that it's hard or unsuccessful. This mat makes it fun! It's like magic.

These mats have helped to renew our approach at mealtimes and my daughters 5 and 7 have tried mixed meal foods they previously would refuse on first sight and also previously refused foods like cottage cheese. Its not an 100% turn around yet, but we will keep patiently offering and encouraging to try the food with the mat as we cultivate adventurous eaters

My 6 year is very into it and wanted to use it for every food on her plate. My 3 year didn't quite get it yet, but we will keep working on it :)

The first go was amazing. Tuna salad. My daughter and son would usually gang up together and say they don't like it. I would tell them to try just a bite and then it's ok to say, "I don't like it yet." It worked for a while, but I needed to try something new. We are trying so many things! I think this tool distracts them from all of the other stuff that's going on and emphasizes the 5 senses that children really want to explore when they try a new food. It's pure genius.
